Lists

Day 1 of my intensive coaching session so I've seen a lot of lists. Robert had me cranking through nearly 500 emails in the day, creating a number of 'projects' along the way and tasks. Feel more sorted and relaxed in years. Last list of the day was of the shopping sort as I stocked up at Waitrose. Lots of love for the car in the city centre as I drove home.

Day 2 tomorrow to focus on review and staying current. Hard work; hope the office feels it was worth it later.
