Looks like there has been an accident..

Some Christmas shopping today and then down to Peebles. Rather annoyed with a sales woman in M&S today. I was looking for a present for a cousin only to be told that "You've left it a bit late in the game." Surely that's not part of the customer service course and is the best part of a week late?
