A Mediterranean Plant

This unassuming little grey green plant whose name I have forgotten, maybe Tony G will know it, has a mophead of dark red flowers. I love Mediterranean plants, they seem to do well in East Anglia and better still, they seem to need very little looking after.

I am still feeling rubbish. I think it is a virus of some sort like a mild flu, achy bones and headaches. As my daughter Jess would say, "Oh Joy!" (you have to say it with teenage irony for it to make sense). All things that have a beginning have an end, I am told.
