A quick 'swallow'!

The Swallows were darting around the Jet Age Museum and Gloucestershire Airport this morning and they kept diving down to these puddles which have not yet dried up. It's where the Meteor, Harrier cockpit, and a couple of other exhibits stood before they were moved to drier and firmer ground.
Couldn't for the life of me get one in flight, they are so swift (sorry about that) and it was difficult to get a decent one of them on the ground because of the sun coming from the side but this is the best one of a bad bunch!
Been informed that they are more likely to be gathering mud for their nests rather than getting a drink.
Best viewed large of course. (the little magnifying glass at the bottom of the picture).
