THREE SISTER CHALLENGE....

... our "fearless" Mr Hobbs's Run, posed a challenge to the local Blippers close to the Blue Mountains, to get a shot by the 1st May of the Three Sisters, a renowned tourist spot here in the area. So, with my activities over the next week, it had to be this morning!
Up at the "crackers" to make the 45 minute drive for a sunrise shot! Got there just prior sunup and they still had the spot lighton, which gave an interesting effect.

Was amazing, right at 6-25am (sunrise time today) all of a sudden about 25 tourists arrived, to enjoy the view! This is looking west from the sisters and shows the sun reflection on the escarpment etc.

Well job done,  and even though it was 7am as arranged, gave David (Hobbs) a call and we met for a chat and coffee. Thanks again David for the challenge idea, and certainly for coming out to catch up - much appreciated.
