Lost weight!
So this is me this morning feeling very happy with myself! I have lost 4lbs altogether now! I am so happy because when I was at home for the Easter holidays, i was invited to a BBQ and also to a movie night where we snacked all night. I knew this meant I needed to work harder, since being back and uni and things being on my terms again I have been eating non-stop healthy and going for long walks and runs. I am so pleased I have still lost weight even though I came off track a bit. Yes I lost weight slower than I wanted to, but it is gone!
Me and my friend are going shopping today, and I am definitely going to treat myself to a few new items for my wardrobe!
