egg white omelette
I finally made an egg white omelette that I enjoyed.
Coated cast iron skillet with olive oil, then sprinkled parsley flakes added cayenne pepper, salt, thyme leaves, savory powder and then covered with layer of CHIA seeds and then sprinkled ground flax & sesame seeds. After cooking w/o stirring on a medium heat, I added 10 to 12 oz. of egg white. As whites started to firm, sprinkle of poppy seeds, a thin sprinkle of Kirkland shredded Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, covered with thin sliced roasted turkey sandwich meat, one stick of Precious string cheese, 2 sliced sm. tomatoes with a pinch Parmigiano on top of tomatoes. This mixture was moved under broiler until cheese melted. Slice and eat
