Stitching and reading

I got to do some more stitching in the ED today. This time for a lovely elderly lady with a nasty scalp laceration. I quite enjoy suturing and I'm getting better.

After work I did something I haven't done in a long time. I got completely lost in a book (cover pictured). I could have been on holiday, sat in the warmth by the pool at the spa, reading for three whole hours. We don't really do holidays quite like that though.
