Dinner
As we got back from Yorkshire fairly late in the evening yesterday, we had no opportunity to shop, and the fridge was empty. So this evening, on the way home from work, I popped into the supermarket to buy the ingredients for a meal, which I cooked and ate before rushing out to the Photographic Society committee meeting.
My blip today, then, is of my cod fillet cooked with onions, celery, garlic, parsley and rosemary, generously moistened with white wine (although it looks rather dry in this picture just after it came out of the oven - it tasted good, though).
