Derwent water

It's been an overcast day, and then late in the afternoon it rained, leaving a cloak of rain and mist on the hills.

Driving out of Keswick I could see the view I wanted but not anywhere to shoot it from easily.

Eventually found the best spot I could and took this view of the menacing storm clouds with a view across Derwent Water towards catbells.

Very dark and menacing, but as usual for the Lakes in an hour the storm had passed by.
