Bored...

...of Mum's new toy already!

Stella was decidedly less excited than I was when the parcel containing my new camera arrived. At last I have a big girl's camera with live view and autofocus! & lots of new buttons to learn...eeek.

She's been wearing her fancy collar all day for St George though it's probably the quietest of the saints' days. I think it's partly to do with the traditional English reservedness but also because our national flag now holds so many other connotations, usually negative ones.

It's Saint George's Day;
English too shy to parade;
Dare not raise their flag.
