In the pink....

It's been an up and down sort of day

Had breakfast at the garden centre and found this scrumptious rhododendron with tiny drops of nectar on the stamens.......up.

Struggled to find any enthusiasm for work today.......down.

Talked to my lovely friend.......up.

Unconsciously clenching my teeth and giving myself a headache......down.

Communicating with you lovely lot........up.

So.....on balance, today the ups have it
