Pink for Spacey.

In February 2006 I took part in a marine mammal rescue course. As this was just after a whale had been seen in the River Thames, the BBC came to film. Now, I would've been content, in the 8 degree water, looking not remotely fetching in my dry suit, just to be filmed as is, but Spacey was having none of it.

As a result, we all appeared in the footage sporting the same virulent pink lipstick. Spacey was the only person I knew who carried lipstick in her drysuit pocket..

Always late, always looking her best. That was Spacey. Today we said goodbye to her, but that surely was the best-dressed coffin I'd ever seen.
