It's hotting up!

I feel the park to beach transition happening... very soon. The past two days we have had to leave the park early due to getting too hot! We come home and have a cool shower or bath... nothing feels so good at the time!

I'm hoping the beach will be manageable with Maple! She typically runs off and doesn't look back. She has no fear and takes every opportunity for a game of chase... up stairs (ie. this photo), in the water, down a bank.... wherever. This time last year, I'd take the trio and she just sit or crawl a bit on the beach.... easy peasy.

The jet lag is getting better. It was 430am instead of 330am today.

Oscar is suddenly obsessed with fires. Where they could be, how we get rid of them, fire extinguishers (Foam or water?) and of course Firemen. He has an evacuation plan in his mind and loves pointing out every fire extinguisher he happens to see. On a different note... he was extremely proud of his "White wee" this afternoon. He couldn't wait to tell his daddy about it and how healthy he must be!
