The Result

This is what happens when you hurry after someone while wearing 4" heels.

My heel caught in the carpet on the way down the stairs and I fell onto my knees. I was concerned that I might have big bruises on my ankles to, but the carpet burn on one knee is the only evidence of the fall!

The silver high heel sandals are still fine too!
