Macho?

Picture the contruction workers arriving to the building site, park the motorcycles to unpack their bags in their home for a few weeks... Makes it kind of cute then that they at least bothered to open the window to air!

I wonder if it's compulsory to ride a bike to get the job?
And I wonder how the poor guy living upstairs gets in?
