Not so nano now

Although still a long way off being micro. I've no idea what the official definition of a microbrewery is. I'm not even sure there is one but I'm sure it's bigger than this. And hopefully the forlorn looking mutt, worried that he might be destined for the inside of the pot, provides some idea of scale. Still, finally Parcelforce got round to delivering the new brew kettle. All 72 litres of kettliness.

Heating is the only concern. It comes with two 2.4kw elements but since it'll be on a 32 amp circuit, I might be able to use both but if I start tripping circuits and switching off fridges, I'll only be able to use one. Much insulation might be used anyway and I might need to employ timers to get things started early in the morning. That comes later. For now I need to fit everything together and hope that nothing leaks.
