orkney yole

This is a Shetland friend of mine and his recently purchased Orkney yole - 'boat' to all you southerners. The most beautifully crafted thing you ever did see (altho' a bit of work is needed to get her sailing again)
The yole has strong nordic ancestry ie picture a viking ship but smaller.
They were used in Orkney and Shetland as true working boats, built for supreme seaworthiness and cargo carrying capacity.
