Entwined

Spent almost a full day in the office today, my first for many months. If I can do that, I know I'm definitely on the mend!

The railings pictured above have not been visible for years, hidden by a wall of Buddleia some 60 feet long by 15 feet high. It had become quite spectacular in the summer months, however our neighbours have removed the whole lot, roots and all (well it was on their side of the fence). I'm quite glad in a way as it made such a mess and encroached a long way on to our small car park. Anyway this was the first time I'd seen it since it was cleared and was surprised to see how the trunks had distorted and woven themselves around the metal fencing.
