Lights

Got dragged out for last minute shopping this afternoon, much to my dislike.
My throat is still agony and my head has a beat of it's own. Took lots of 'focused' shots, but liked this one best !
Back to work tomorrow armed with throat spray, Lemsips, and a box of painkillers.
