An addition to my occasional series of utility pole postings.

I nearly missed this posting on my walk early this morning, it was really high up on the pole rather than at eye level, I had to hold my camera above my head and shoot. The poster must be very tall as well as a fan of Wayne's World - the description made me smile. All smiling aside, this tire vandal has been very busy in our neighborhood for some time now (since May last year) but this is the first time I've seen any kind of notice with a description of the person.
