11.8C and very grey with rain throughout the day. Breezy.

Last day of Apothecary7's long weekend and her day off for this week. We decided to spend the morning looking round the antique centres at Abernyte and Rait.

After lunch at The Tufted Duck we popped back into one of the antique places at Rait and bought this green plate. It came trussed up in a metal structure with a handle at each end designed to make it easy to carry like a tray. Once we got it home I unclipped the metal, and after a quick wash the plate has been hung on the wall in the kitchen beside other plates and the raku pieces we bought in St Andrews not that long ago.

I just noticed that we had been to the antique centres this day last year !
