Over the last few weeks I've had bad ear pain, and finally got round to visiting the doctors on Tuesday, who prescribed some spray to try and open the airway between my ear and nose. I'm not sure if it was total coincidence, but today I felt awful! Really bunged up and such bad sinus pain in my head/nose. Combined with the beers from last night, I slept really badly and felt in a bit of a daze all day. G's parents came to visit, which was good as it forced me out the house for a walk along the river. It was really nice to see them, and they delivered the latest instalment of Girls and Mad Men, so after they left we binged on tv boxsets for the rest of the night.
