Bronze Mortar in form of Sitting Tiger

Visited the Fort Nelson Armouries in Portsmouth.
This weapon was one of many artistically decorated pieces of artillery.
It is a Bronze Mortar in the form of a sitting tiger, found in Kurnaul Fort, India in 1838.
It's a pity that such creative efforts are used in the production of deadly weapons.
