Meat Loaf

I can confirm no Bats Out of Hell were used in the making of this meal.

A new recipe to try as we'd watched this being cooked on a TV programme and I've got a few of the meatloaf from before and after cooking, but since the afternoon sun flooded through the back door this one looks a lot better.
