Staying at a friend's house in Malvern for a quick hill fix to burn off the chocolate-egg-shaped bulge I seem to acquired. Burnt it off, then filled the gap with a large pizza pasty, or Calzone if you want to be posh.

Weather's a bit grey and moist.
