Goodbye

Well goodbye kitchen at least! Was rudely awakened this morning by the man who was going to replace my hot water cylinder with a gas heated system. (Not quite central heating, alas)
This is part of my kitchen renovation. This kitchen along with other school houses is dated and a pain in the arse. The draws have to be yanked open and rammed shut. The wall cupboards are half the depth of modern cupboards and the fixed shelves are not tall enough to take even a jar of pasta sauce!
To anyone who knows me and the amount of kitchen cheap I have they will know my frustration!
So tomorrow I head off to Wanaka and then Lake Ohau while some nice men rip out my old kitchen and fit me a new one :-)
