A very British Good Friday

We really weren't feeling like it was Easter, so we decided to make some hot cross buns. We also had a bag of limons (limes) in the fridge to use up so we made limon curd to go with them. Suprisingly the fire pit (our affectionate name for the death trap that is our oven!!) performed well and we had some delicious buns to help us celebrate Good Friday. We also had plenty to take to church on Sunday which the Colombians LOVED!
