Dunlaverty Beach

I was in Kintyre for the day, campaigning with Stephen Gethins one of the SNP Euro Candidates. Prior to joining him at lunchtime at Machrihanish Cathleen and I had a wee walk on the stunning Dunlaverty Beach at Southend, which looks towards the Mull of Kintyre - the southernmost part of my constituency of Argyll & Bute.

On a day like today the beach - and many others in Argyll and on the islands - could rival any stretch of sand anywhere in the world !
