Waiting for a flight

The start of our flight to Hong Kong. For financial reasons we couldn't go as an entire family so our little boy stayed behind in Edinburgh with his mum. I was expecting more of a reaction from him at the prospect of his big sister and main playmate being away for over a week, but we was very good. Even at the airport he only showed a bit of a 'petted lips' and that could just be him getting fed up with me asking for one more photographic pose.
We had a really long wait at Frankfurt airport, and soon ran out of things to do. Airports should be mandated to provide free WiFi and powerpoints at all seats at the departure gate. Or maybe I should have brought along a paperback novel like I used to do. Some interesting airport architecture to snap away at, but this picture of a fellow waiting passenger seemed to sum up our experience of Frankfurt airport.
