Dawn over the Stour

I got up early hoping for moody mists around dawn but the daybreak was simply a gentle easing away of the dark. Later, as the sun rose, a flock of 15-20 swans flew over me, their wings creaking like sails. I was using a tripod and slow shutter speeds - consequently in the photos the swans appeared as pale blurry blotches instead of the graceful elegant creatures I saw.
