Boston Marathon

Couldn't be there to cheer my wee brother on, so did the best I could - watching it on the iPad, while keeping track of his times on the computer. Then later I managed to find a different channel on the internet where they were showing the finish, so looked for him there. Too indistinct and too many guys with bald heads in blue vests, but we like to think we saw him.

He qualified last year when he ran the Edinburgh Marathon in 3:25. Today, due to injury, he ran 3:45. Still a very creditable time. He's too hard on himself, but then that's what takes you to those sort of times. Fantastic. Wonder what he'll do next?
