Macro Moth.......

Because of this thing called Easter! Garri had two days off and of course I was working so it meant I got to bed pretty early and I didn't take Diesel out so I stayed in bed most of the day! Yippee

So come this evening I had no idea or inclination to go out for a blip so I grabbed the camera with the 60mm lens and went in the back garden in search of spiders on dandelions (We don't have any plants in our garden)
Then I remembered my Raynox macro adapter and whacked that on the lens too.

I hit gold as I found this moth waiting to have its picture taken.
Of course being hand held with the D800 with a Non VR macro lens and a macro extra on top of that I got a few blurred ones as it was in a dark area by the shed. Its resting on a dandelion stem so its pretty small when you think about it ;-)

However this one was without any flash and I must have had a steady hand for a millisecond lol

So here you have it.
