Icon to Steel

Went to visit my mum in the nursing home in Motherwell where she now lives.
It was a good chance for Beachcomber to get a chance to drive my new car before our holiday in Kames.
We had a lovely drive down and it was good to see my mum.
She has settled in really well and seems contented in the choice of nursing home.
I have always meant to take a shot of this water tower at the former Dalzell steel works as it really used to dominate the skyline of Motherwell and several generations of my family were employed here.
I'm enjoying my slightly extended Easter break :-)
