Pink carpet

The camellia has been excellent this year and is still providing colour after the flowers have fallen.
Spent a lot of the day in the garden generally tidying up. Every bit that gets done seems to highlight another that needs it!
Next job will be to plant out some lettuces and sow a few more seeds but the ground is too dry - though rain is forecast.
The evening run was through the woods and we saw 3 roe deer who let us get quite close. It was t-shirt weather and the sun was making great patterns through the clouds. I also found an iPod but couldn't hand it in to the police today as the station was shut.
