Too tired to pose
I spotted this fox asleep at the bottom of our garden when I went to close our bedroom window this morning. Unfortunately, the noise of opening the window further to get a decent photo woke him(?) up.
After glaring at us for a while, he eventually decided we weren't a threat, and went back to sleep.
He stayed in the garden for quite a while, but when we went outside as Beryl was going home, he had disappeared. Looks like our fence isn't quite as secure as we thought! We used to hear foxes playing on the field at the back fairly often, until the school was built.
After Beryl went home, Alan and I went out to the shop for a few bits and pieces, then came home and ate chocolate until we felt rather ill.
Work tomorrow. Alan has just gone to load his gear in his truck. 5AM start for him. Oh joy. Hopefully, I won't sprinkle coffee on his breakfast.
Only two weeks until the next Bank holiday - long weekends are the best!
