Last day of the holidays

Majority of jobs done by 12 o'clock, very satisfactory. Went to the B and Q madness, turns out paint is far more expensive than I remember, especially the Dulux stuff they mix up for you. I think I will find slightly different, half the price colours for Will's room.

Daisy has hidden behind an essay she needs to do for school all day today. No point suggesting she might to anything else, "I've got an essay to write?". I think she has written nearly a page....

We have introduced Will to Home Alone this afternoon, he has only had one eye on it though as he has built a Lego thing he got for his birthday. First time he has built a Lego kit thing all by himself following the instructions. My baby is growing up :)

What with my Romania trip and then a week off I last went into the UK office on 3rd April, it has been a really super holiday, tomorrow will be an early morning shock (except for Will who maintains a year round 6am rising, obv)
