"MonoMonday"
Since January 2010 free laptops from the Junta de Andalucía and central Government have been distributed to all Spanish students age 11 and 12 years of age.
While of course there is internet in all the local schools there are lots of village parents who are unable to afford the cost of installation at home.
Their children, who are the most enterprising, seek out "unlocked hotspots" which are usually found near libraries and town halls.
Well done to this guy who has managed to find a connection, in this case the village post office.
Some people complain that the laptops are a wast of public money! but which is best, invest in children for the future or a big fat bonus for a "Banker".
