Fall Down Friday

Today is what they call "Fall Down Friday". So called because it's the day of thousands of work Christmas parties and celebrations, and therefore the day when more people than ever get drunk and fall down.

At least one of these people did indeed fall down after consuming copious amounts of red wine. Consequently she's cracked her humerus. Although the official cause for the fall was the ice, not the red wine (yeah right).

Anyway a fab time was had by all (except for Marion who ended up being sent home in a taxi after an alcohol-induced illness). Our bosses were extremely generous and footed what must have been an enormous bill at the bar, after providing us with champagne and food in the office.

Saturday is going to be a "sit down Saturday" as I'm not going anywhere.
