Black Cap, Sylvia atricapilla
Not the clearest of shots. When I can afford to hire a porter I'll lash out on a 1200mm lens.
Corin came to visit this morning, bearing gifts of labour and a drill.
I've finished painting the furniture and I just have to finish the Christmas tree holder.
The black cap was at Moore Reserve. There was a buzzard hanging around the lake. I took a shot of a young cormorant and when I've processed it, the buzzard was perched above him on a higher branch.
