To climb or not to climb

Matapalo is in fact a liana hugging an existing tree and developing around it. The host eventually dies and Matapalo remains as an empty trunk.
This one is home to foxes and and other inhabitants of Reserva Miraflor, can be crossed trough, and climbed in. It is preserved thanks to Finca Lindos Ojos and their commitment with local wildness and community.
