Time flies and so must we..

So here we are the last day of our tour, amazing how much we have packed into the last month, so many sights, sounds, smells and tastes, it's certainly been an adventure.

Final breakfast with Herbie, Claire and Janette then bags packed and time to say goodbyes to those who are on different group flights.

9 of us made our way to Siem Reap airport and enjoyed a last ice cream at bllue pumpkin before boarding and we had a somewhat bumpy flight and even more so landing at Kuala Lumpur.

Goodbyes to another two of the group and the remaining seven set off to find somewhere to wait out the next 6 hours.. luckily we found some comfy sofas in the Plaza lounge overlooking the planes and where we were able to enjoy coffees and snacks before heading to the gate.

A delay to boarding with increased security and then once aboard we had an hour and a half wait without aircon (unbearbale and stuffy) which was being fixed alongside the inflight entertainment - a somewhat nervous wait I must say in light of the recent events with Malaysia airlines..
