Rainy Day

Cloudy, moody, rainy, dank day. The rain clouds are near to the ground and engulf the mountains. The grass and trees are wet with drizzle.

I had to work inside today, therefore, didn't mind.

I found this from CHIIPMUNK.

i stopped to watch
the rain today
fall helplessly
from the sky,

drizzle down
through sunday's sleep
feel the cloud's heart cry

painted from
the window seat,
a scene
as life goes by,

feel the meloncholy
of which it speaks,
without confusion
as to why.

I don't know who Chipmunk is, but seemed to fit for the day.

btw, we are dependent upon rain.

Oh and Happy 4th! Probably not able to see any fireworks tonight, we'll see, or not.

Edit: It cleared up somewhat and turned into such a better day, I had to change my post for today. Also some were asking for color, so kept the more natural view.
