It's brunch Jim, but not as we know it
Imagine a big lump of coriander seed mash potato, with a well in the middle for an egg, wrapped in filo pastry and then fried so that the egg cooks inside.
Brunch a la TSM!
As for the rest of the day - thank god for Audible which gave us something to listen to whilst decorating the bedroom. And pan fried sea bass went down well for supper.
Not a bad day at all despite the rain...
