500 MILE CHALLENGE
WALKED: 3/4/4/3/4
COUNTDOWN: 63 miles
Can't believe how many miles I've clocked up this week. Have now realised that I can take a shot at door numbers as I pass on my walks. Before now the numbers were usually too high!!
Sadly the weight is staying put...although in a way this is still an achievement as before 13:9:! Only lasted a few days!!
