Paper - facial

There is no paper in most public bathrooms here in China and none at the school, so each month, the school gives each teacher a roll of toilet paper. Mine was sitting on my desk today when I got to work and this is it. It begs so many questions.

Besides the teacher's cringe at "more cleaner", I am wondering what my 'face' (ie: facial tissue) has to do with this kind of paper. Could it be a statement about my appearance?

This kind of thing is called Chinglish. It always amazes me that national companies (and lots of government departments) don't get their English checked.
