Scorradale Brae

We went for a run to the School Ha' Nursery, Evie, for some new perennials (geraniums) - it opened yesterday for the season. We normaly visit twice in the season. Great value and the very antihesis of Dobbies (which seems to exude all types of bruck - and there's no plant knowledge).

We are astounded by the amount of wall to wall sunshine today. Far too little cloud for photography - in fact at 1.30pm a heat haze has almost obliterated Hoy.

Back in the old Ektachrome days this woud have been an F22 day.
