A while back Helen's Trust a local charity had held a Come Dine With Me fund raising event and I'd said that I would cook the winners a Mauritian dinner.
Anyway the time came and the winners were Jim and Emma Harrison.
Usually on Come Dine With Me the most anyone cooks for is 5 people but I ended up making dinner for 23!
Luckily Emma has a great kitchen and guests all mucked in and I mainly got my timings right.
Everyone said they loved it including me it was a real fun experience.
