Pretty as a Picture

Mario & I went out in search of rocks today, as the subject for the next camera club competition is 'Rocks in the landscape'.

We got plenty of rock photos, and I also got some shots of the Autumn colour at Otematata, which is looking rather splendid.

I'm not sure whether this is part of Lake Aviemore, or Lake Benmore. According to Google maps, it's Lake Aviemore, but I saw a sign with Benmore on it, so who knows...
