Leg of lamb

Leg of lamb is on the menu tonight but I think due to a glut of Easter eggs it might be cheese & wine instead.
The lamb is one of our own, so from field to plate only a matter of meters. We've spent the afternoon at Dalmeny with friends. Dalmeny's population trebles on the holidays, campers on the grass overlooking the ocean, non campers sneaking in & out of the loos. We had yummy fish & chips for lunch, the lads swam and boogie boarded in the sunshine. Happy Easter to you all.
